Expert Reviewer

Dr. Majidian has served as a forensic expert witness for over twenty years, with an equal distribution between defense and plaintiff cases.  He serves as a burn surgeon expert as well as a reviewer and expert for other conditions.

Over 90% of his current practice is in the clinical care of patients.

His services range from telephone consultations to medical records reviews, patient examinations, generating reports, appearing in depositions, and testifying in court.  He works closely with attorneys, other case experts, and life care planners.

For over ten years he has also served as an Expert Reviewer for the Medical Board of California and the Osteopathic Medical Board of California in the specialty of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.  In this capacity he reviews complaints brought to the Boards against plastic surgeons, and determines if and what level of deviation may have occurred from the standard of care.

Dr. Majidian is located in the Los Angeles area, and travels inside and outside of California as an expert reviewer.
